Yeah! I passed my FTT.. now I must start my driving lessons (somehow). Congrats to Lynn and Yimin who passed their BTT. =) I was afraid I will fail, firstly, I only started reading the book 2 days before and got even more panicky after I fail my trial test (min before the actual). They had funny questions which I still do not know the correct answer. One of them, they asked, when you turn and reverse your car, will the front of the car swerve in, out or remain the same. ) I assume is out. Oh, if they ask how many demerit points will you then not be allowed to take the driving test? It’s 12.. (not 13 or 24) The answer is surprisingly found at the back of the paper in which they give you your password to start the test. (not anywhere in the book). I guess I was lucky to have easier Qns during the actual test. Well, tip for Lynn and Yimin, go stand in popular to read the 400 Qns complied in the “Ace your Final theory”... I think it helps, one take away from the book, lower gear has more energy than that of a higher gear (for the guys, I know you knew that long ago..) haha.

Eat eat and still eat. Haha.. There’s so much good food everyday! So far I’ve taken yu shen 4 times this yr.. and today’s only the 3rd day. When to Senai yesterday and played fire crackers!!! We had to finish all of them because they will definitely expire next year. Had a lot of varieties like dragon eggs.. happy boom and lame ones like pop pop. Well.. but I love the yellow bee best. After it is lit, it can fly up to 2 stories high. Sadly, we have to play it in the day, it will definitely be more beautiful at night.

Grandpa got TOTALLY drunk. He was drunk for the whole day since lunch till the evening. Last year he sat with the grandchildren during lunch telling us to graduate quickly and put on the square hat that graduates do ( I guess there should be a proper name for it) . This year he starts to hurry his male grandsons to get married quickly, and boosting that he got married at the age of 23. It’s hilarious how they tried to avoid him.

Bro’s tips for drinking? Continue drinking to prevent hangovers, and when the custom catches you with a lobster face.. Say you’ve got a very bad sun burnt. –SO true-

I don’t really feel that it’s CNY, though im really glad the lunar new year it is here! Firstly, I dun have proper new year clothes. Secondly I felt like Cinderella for the past few days. I was so tired. Felt sick but still got a lot of work to do. Putting up the decorations (I know most of u don’t do that at all) Running to ntuc to buy groceries.. Anything... just name it. Even today, I woke up early and sat down 2 hours straight to iron the clothes. I cant imagine if mum decided to bake pineapple tarts this year. Weekends will be burnt, hands with blisters stirring pineapple. There was still baking and I baked my very first Pandan cake! Haha.

Reunion dinner was great too. My uncle bought a suckling pig that he queues for 2 hours even though he had pre-ordered it. I had all the good food, and definitely more in the next 15 days. I think I’ll need some exercise after that. Half and hr more and im going to zzz. I wonder how long ppl usually stay up to “shou ye” but im feeling really tired by now. Will join my sis to continue watching “the sound of music”… Hope all of you get loads of hongbaos this CNY. Happy Lunar New Year!

I’ve been running round different places today. Im really tired.. and Im burnt! The fun fair was generally a success and it’s good that the weather was on their side. Just that the mid-day sun got many of us burnt!

After the fun fair, went down to Tanjong Pagah to hand in my time sheet.. yes.. im getting money soon. :D And from there I went down to Somerset for eye check. Im sick of Somerset. Im there almost every single day. I was so shag when I got home. Napped till dinner.. Mummy made pineapple rice.. and I’ve given her 9 out of 10 pts for it!

Errands never seem to end when im at home. Went to get New year groceries.. lol. It was fun! I think the drink promoter tried to start a conversation with me with some cheesy tagline.. “are you a foreigner?” hmm.. (I thought this kinda question was for lynn to answer.) Tried to make me by more and offered free delivery. (haha.. no thanks) They are nice people I guess.. and just bored. One nice thing is that he gave me two decks of cards instead of one deck as it is suppose to be. –smile-



Btw, for those who like to pay lip service, stop it. I really hate it. And for my dear widya.. hope your leg’s better now. :D

Work's horrible today la. I hate it. I think my supervisor is just PMSing and has her brain damaged or smth. She gets ppl to do things that she can complete it in 5 sec. Let me give u an analogy. Lets say she knows French. Ya, then she ask you to write 1,2,3,4,5 in French for her when you know nothing about it, when she can write it with ease. Yes.. that's wat i mean when i say she gets ppl to do things that she can complete it in 5 sec.

I cant wait for Friday. Always look forward to Friday EVERY week. I feel that today's monday.. cos ytd was like Sunday to me. I had another dinner with my vball mates today cos my frd is going to the trinity college. *sniff sniif* Cher, I'll miss you. Go pluck apples and earn $18/per hr! haha..

After listening to Lynn.. I think my job is not that bad afterall. I’ve learn quite a lot. And Runi made me think about how long my job can actually last if I were to complete my task. Just luxury products alone will take me 6 months at least.. what more the consumer products.


I just found out that there’s 180 stuff in the office. I cant imagine 180 people all on the same level? I guess they include the sales people who are usually not in the office. The Mr Nice guy has just moved to my side of the office! And it’s near the scanner area.. Oh no.. Yeah.. CNY’s coming and I have no work for one week! Haha. Gosh.. I cant believe it’s Tuesday tmr. Why cant it be Friday..
