Watched RENT today, it has made me reflect a little on my life and how I’ve spent my life. The person who wrote it (late Johnathon Larson) had so much passion, so much fire and love! This musical has been around for more than 10 years and it’s really nice that it has been made into a movie. It is like an equivalent to Phantom of the Opera. Though it is not as rich in its music, it raised many controversial topics such as HIV, drugs and homosexuality.

We are always so ready to condemn someone different from us. Yet sometimes we should be ashamed that our heart’s so small to accept and to love people for who they are. We should learn to make the most of all the time that you’ve got. As part of the song ‘No day but today’ goes, Forget regret, or life is yours to miss.
